Here comes my Three Cups Pork Belly, the essential ingredient has been the rice wine and Thai Sweet Basil leaves.
Ingredient :-
chopped garlic 4-5 cloves, sliced ginger, pork belly sliced in dices, Thai Basil leaves
Marinate :-
Pork belly with little soy sauce to taste, add cooking rice wine
Sauce :-
Sesame oil, barley malt (麥芽糖), soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, water to dilute, cooking rice wine
- Mix sauce ingredient in a bowl, set a side
- Stir chopped garlic in sesame oil, stir on ginger and few cloves of Basil leaves
- Add marinated pork belly and continue stir till cooked
- Add bowl of sauce, adjust sauce according to your like; add more cloves of Basil leaves
- Simmer for 15minutes
- Ready to serve
